Issued pursuant to Law no. 51 of 8 June 1984 on Norwegian Ports and Waters, etc. and provisions on ports and waters on Svalbard of 11 April 2008, with provision no. 1070 on the costs, etc. that the different port charges shall cover and provision no. 1077 on port charges, calculation and calculation basis, construction, collection, cost registration, etc., both established by the Norwegian Ministry of Fisheries on 2 December 1994.
